Chartered Accountants Ulster Society get Top Marks for Food & Drink Tour with Young Professionals

Events6 months ago

Now in its second year, The Chartered Accountants Young Professionals enjoyed another successful evening on their recent Food & Drink Tour on Thursday 23 May.

With a group of 40 Young Professionals and accompanied by two lovely guides from the award winning Taste and Tour NI, Sarah and Sinead the group set off on their tour with the first stop at Pottinger. Enjoying some fabulous fayre including amazing canapes (especially the wild boar sausage roll) and accompanied by the refreshing elderflower cocktail – a real treat to visit!

Next stop was at Margot which is tucked away below street level, hidden from the hustle and bustle of Belfast’s city centre. Everyone ejoyed the Copeland gin fizz and scrumptious popcorn , a great hot plate at Bullitt Bullitt with their choice of house Burger, Tiger Prawn Curry or Gnocchi along with accompanying wines – and it didn’t disappoint!

The finale was at Jailhouse for a relaxing Irish coffee and homemade chocolate brownie – a great way to finish! Many congratulations to our competition winner Michael Kerr, Manager in Deloitte LLP!
