Young Professionals enjoy Fabulous Food and Facts on Inaugural Tour with Hunter Savage

Events1 year ago

A great night was had by all of the Young Professionals from the Chartered Accountants Ulster Society at our inaugural Food & Drink Tour on Thursday 18 October.

The tour host, Caroline Wilson, from the multi-award winning Taste and Tour NI, did a fantastic job of unravelling some of the hidden secrets of the history of Belfast along with ensuring that everyone enjoyed fabulous food and drinks in an array of historic pubs and cocktail clubs!

From Kelly’s Cellars with their famous chowder, trad music and pint pulling experience to One Goose Entry where this hidden gem delivered amazing canapes and cocktails. We continued onto the Spaniard for a special gin cocktail and another great food sampling of a local shorthorn burger, which was really tasty!

Our final stop was at Bullitt Hotel where another sumptuous arrangement of gourmet cheese, oils, breads and charcuterie was enjoyed.

We wish to thank everyone for attending this, our first of many events, and for the team at both Chartered Accountants Ulster Society, Sarah Cull, Mark Lawther and Karen Hewitt along with Taste and Tour guide Caroline Wilson and Kathryn who helped keep the event running smoothly.
