Commercial Property Solicitor (2-6 PQE)
I am recruiting for a mid- level commercial property solicitor to work for a leading Law Firm to work in their high growth Belfast office. This firm are expanding their very successful commercial property team and are looking for an experienced property lawyer. This is an opportunity to work on complex and high value property transactions and work with leading property clients. This firm is also ahead of the curve in relation to internal technology and systems and operate out of state of the art offices in Belfast City Centre. The firm has also grown rapidly over the last few years due to increased client demand.
Working with other talented commercial property solicitors you will work on complex, high value property portfolios on a variety of different property transactions. You will mainly be dealing with the asset management and due diligence aspects of the transactions.

The successful applicant will ideally meet the following criteria
- Eng/Wales qualified Solicitor – Ideally 4-6 years PQE
- Extensive commercial property/real estate experience
- Technically strong
- Ability to work well within a collegiate environment
