Due to continued growth, our global professional services client urgently wishes to appoint an experienced, Senior Manager to lead Careers, Performance and Reward processes.  This is a new, permanent HR/Talent job.  It’s a niche opportunity to lead the delivery of the end to end careers, performance and rewards processes and be involved in the redesign, development and improvement of these work streams.  This is a challenging, global, senior project manager opportunity driving efficiency and quality.    


The Role:

  • Lead the development, execution and harmonization of world class, careers, performance and rewards processes
  • Update and redesign Careers, Performance and Rewards procedures – competency and position mapping, job evaluation, performance management and rewards program support
  • Identify and resolve issues within processes
  • Drive a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing initiatives in order to increase business wide Careers, Performance and Rewards effectiveness
  • Adhere to SLAs and quality standards
  • Use data and analytics to drive processes and address and solve any data integrity
  • Advise and guide on the implementation and management of the performance management system
  • Manage and lead high performing end to end Careers, Performance and Rewards with a focus on coaching and development
  • Develop top talent through performance/coaching conversations
  • Some ad hoc travel, with advance notice


The Person:

  • Relevant Degree, in Social Sciences, Business Administration
  • Extensive and in-depth experience and knowledge of best practices in careers and performance management, compensation structures and talent market analysis
  • Corporate background, professional services or multi-jurisdictional 
  • Experience working within a large organisation with complex reporting lines
  • Strong process redesign expertise
  • Capable of developing and executing project strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrable success in developing teams and people leaders
