Due to continued success, our well established, leading service provider in Belfast, wishes to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner.  This is a permanent HR Business Partner job with a strong emphasis on systems and analytics.  The successful HR Business Partner will analyse trends and metrics in order to enhance and develop solutions, processes and programs to ultimately drive productivity. 


The Role:

  • Reporting to the HR Director
  • Working as part of a busy HR team
  • Support the delivery of a large complex change project
  • Review employee and candidate data and ensure accuracy with the record keeping
  • System cleansing
  • Re-launch the HR information management system, updating work practices
  • Review and set up a new HR shared drive
  • Research and implement competency frameworks
  • Job evaluation support


The Person:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Track record in contributing to the implementation of organisational projects
  • Strong HR project management skills and new system implementation
  • Practical experience of applying current NI employment legislation
  • Analytical and goal orientated
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Experience using PAMS, desirable
