Our Client is a successful, professional, financial services organisation within the NI market.  Due to a maternity absence, they are keen to recruit an HR Business Partner/HR Manager.  This HR Manager job is for an 8 month fixed term contract.  Based in Belfast, the successful HR Business Partner/HR Manager will be a proactive member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for implementing best practice across the full range of HR activities. 

 

The Role:

  • Manage 1 direct report
  • Lead and develop an HR people strategy
  • Responsible for key HR processes – recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, well-being & compensation & benefits
  • Management of the performance management process
  • Lead the compensation & benefits process, including monthly payroll reporting and bonus processes
  • Share key HR metrics and analytics
  • Management of the HR system – onboarding, off-boarding, performance review process etc
  • Resolution of employee relations issues.  Advise and coach managers
  • Oversee the recruitment process
  • Support the Head of HR on projects

 

The Person:

  • 3rd level qualification, essential
  • CIPD qualified, essential
  • Minimum of 3 years experience at a senior HR generalist level
  • Financial services background, desirable
  • Knowledge of risk and regulatory environment within financial services
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching
  • Strong communicator and excellent relationship building and influencing skills
