Our Client is a successful, multi-site organisation headquartered in Belfast.  Due to exciting growth plans, they wish to appoint an experienced HR Manager.  This is a permanent HR Manager job, reporting to the COO and managing a busy team.  The successful HR Manager will be commercially minded, proactive and capable of supporting a large, diverse workforce with multiple business streams.  This HR Manager job will be primarily based in Belfast, however, a full driving license and access to transport is essential.


The Role:

  • Managing an HR team
  • Lead and support senior management with strategic HR and Business projects
  • Manage performance and absence
  • Advise and guide the business on the full range of HR activities
  • Handle complex employee relations cases 
  • Oversee recruitment and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives


The Person:

  • CIPD qualified
  • 3rd level qualification
  • 5 years’ + HR Management/HR Business Partner experience
  • Strategic and operational HR experience, essential
  • Demonstrable experience of handling complex employee relations issues
  • Multi-site experience would be advantageous
  • Strong NI employment legislation
  • Full driving license and access to transport
