Due to success and growth, our leading, award winning, Belfast technology Client, urgently wishes to recruit an experienced HR Manager.  This is a 12 month fixed term contract HR Manager job.  The successful HR professional will enjoy leading a busy, energised team, providing high quality HR support and driving process improvement. 


The Role

  • Manage the people operational processes ensuring agreed service levels are attained
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing sound advice and guidance to the business leaders
  • Support the delivery of the People strategy by leading on specific projects eg annual pay review, reward and recognition etc
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports that can be used to assess trends across the business
  • Ensure legal compliance on all employment matters
  • Provide coaching support and development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and managers


The Person

  • Educated to Degree level, essential
  • CIPD qualified
  • UK and Irish employment legislation knowledge
  • Recent, relevant HR management/Business Partnering experience
  • Experience of managing complex employee relations matters
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and supporting line managers through change
  • Commercial mindset
  • Experience of working within a fast paced, growing business
