Due to continued success and projected growth, our Client, a leading, international professional services organisation, with a focus on NI, wishes to appoint an experienced HR & Recruitment Advisor.  This is a permanent HR & Recruitment Advisor job.  Reporting to the Associate Director of HR, the successful HR & Recruitment Advisor will be a main point of contact for all the Belfast employees.  In addition to this, you will be involved in some interesting HR project work with the Dublin office.


The Role:

  • Implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives
  • Ensure effective delivery of key processes – annual performance reviews, probation management, absence management, salary and bonus reviews and employee relations
  • Manage people moves within the business – maternity, leave of absence etc
  • Be involved in disciplinary and grievance case management and HR policy management
  • Reporting and data analysis utilising the HRIS, Workday
  • Support the results of the employee engagement programmes, wellbeing programmes, employee events etc
  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to support the development of engaging and creative recruitment campaigns
  • Manage the recruitment process for interns
  • Utilise sourcing methods to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline
  • Develop key relationships with the local universities, attend campus events


The Person:

  • 3rd level qualification in HR, or other relevant business related discipline, essential
  • CIPD qualified, desirable
  • 2-4 years’ experience operating at an HR generalist level
  • Large, professional services/financial services sector experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practice policies and procedures
  • Strong blend of HR and recruitment background
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication – both written and oral
