Due to continued success, our Client is a leading professional/financial services organisation in Belfast city centre.  They urgently wish to recruit an experienced Recruitment Administrator.  This is a new, fixed term contract HR job initially for a 6 month duration.  The successful recruitment administrator will manage the end to end recruitment process, handling high volume roles, utilising the new applicant tracking system and coordinating interviews and diary management.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is available immediately, having recently graduated, or finished up in another role.  Attention to detail and previous experience of managing end to end recruitment is key.

 

The Role:

  • Working in an HR team of 2
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, dealing with high volumes of recruitment activity
  • Build the employer brand in the local market
  • Create and upload job specifications on the websites and job boards
  • Manage direct sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews and diary management
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with ad hoc tasks
  • Manage and maintain the new, applicant tracking system and recruitment database
  • Ad hoc recruitment administration duties

 

The Person:

  • 3rd level education, Degree or equivalent
  • CIPD qualified OR working towards this qualification
  • Minimum of 1 years’ recruitment administration experience
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • End to end recruitment experience
  • Proficient in using MS office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent accuracy and organisational skills
