Our award winning, multi-site Client, based in Belfast, wishes to recruit an experienced Resourcing Manager.  This is a permanent, strategic Recruitment/Resourcing Manager job.  The successful Resourcing Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing resourcing strategies across the diverse business areas to ensure core objectives and values are effectively delivered. 

Managing a team of 6 direct reports, the Resourcing Manager will manage the end to end recruitment process, implement and evolve the resourcing strategy, develop the company brand and focus on excellent candidate experience.  This is a critical, role in building and attracting high calibre applicants – driving the organisation towards being an Employer of Choice.

 

The Role:

  • Strategic, leadership role
  • Lead, develop and implement the resourcing strategy.  Ongoing review and innovation to reflect changing business objectives
  • Lead on the development of creative and effective sourcing strategies, plans and initiatives for high volume, hard to fill and unique business roles
  • Team Management – 6 direct reports
  • Lead, motivate and ensure compliance
  • Manage end to end recruitment process up to and including Executive level
  • Initiate and drive attraction plans with key stakeholders
  • Approval of offer letters
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships

 

The Person:

  • Minimum of a Degree Level Qualification
  • Possess minimum of at least 2 years’ experience of managing a resourcing team
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of recruitment and selection gained in a fast paced, large, and/or multi-disciplinary business, to include recruitment of large scale and hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience of utilising technology in a recruitment environment
  • Experience in pipeline management and candidate engagement and screening, with strong media management
  • Possess extensive experience in a fast paced business with the ability to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight timeframes
  • Experience of providing innovative best practice and cost-effective attraction and selection strategies and solutions
  • Experience in motivating, mentoring and empowering colleagues and team members to achieve positive recruitment outcomes
  • Experience in improving recruitment outcomes consistently
