Our Client is a leading, award winning, multi-site organisation and, due to continued success, they urgently wish to appoint an HR administrator.  This is a temporary, 3 months, HR admin job at their Derry/Londonderry site.   The successful HR administrator will be available immediately and will enjoy supporting an extremely busy and fast paced team – both Derry/Londonderry and Belfast. 

The Role:

  • Assist the HR team with onboarding and off boarding processes and administration
  • Induction of new employees
  • Exit interviews for leavers
  • Management and upkeep of HR systems and employee filing
  • GDPR and data protection responsibilities – audits
  • Supporting CSR activities
  • HR administration tasks for both the Derry/Londonderry & Belfast offices


The Person:

  • 2 A levels at grade C or higher
  • 2-3 years working as an HR administrator
  • Professional services environment, or similar background
  • Flexible and be able to travel to Belfast if required
  • IT literate
  • Experience maintaining physical and digital records
  • Familiar with administration audits
