Our leading professional services client is seeking a Legal Tech and eDiscovery Consultant to join their growing team. This role will be a springboard within the organisation over the next 3 years, as the Legal Tech and Innovation Services group expands and will provide a suitable candidate with an opportunity to grow their responsibilities and experience into the areas such as AI, Big Data or Project management.

 

 

The Role

  • Design and implement workflow to load data into a review platform and supporting all search and analysis during review and production cycles.
  • Track delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application system and/or software problems.
  • Provide value add consulting services to the teams to resolve issues and challenges that arise
  • Liaise with third party vendors and technology partners.
  • Establish and implement project specific protocols, processes and procedures including quality control processes

 

Criteria

  • Third level Qualification – Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline is desirable
  • At least 3 years’ experience performing eDiscovery tech roles, including but not limited to electronic file processing, image and data file conversion, culling, using and configuring review platforms, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and forensic analysis.
  • Working knowledge of eDiscovery platforms
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and relational database technologies is an advantage
  • Programming/scripting is desirable
  • Project management experience in professional services is an advantage.
