To enhance the progression and growth, our leading multi-site, service based Client wishes to recruit an experienced Resourcing/Recruitment Partner.  This is a fixed term contract Recruitment job, initially for a 6 month duration, with a strong possibility of extension.  The successful Recruitment/Resourcing professional will work closely with senior Leaders across the business, developing effective practices in succession planning, advertising and search techniques, applicant processing, onboarding and induction. 


The Role:

  • Work with Leaders to develop and deliver agile, flexible, innovative approaches to resourcing
  • Develop a strong understanding of leading practices and make recommendations in the following areas; succession planning, digital advertising and search techniques, executive search, applicant processing and systems, onboarding and inductions
  • Plan and deliver high volume resourcing interventions, resourcing plans and action plans
  • Succession planning
  • Responsible for the delivery of all recruitment activity for a particular business area – manage and deliver the end to end process
  • Ensure key recruitment service targets are met
  • There may also be some immigration related responsibilities eg right to work checks, compliance etc


  • Responsible for the annual promotion cycle


The Person:

  • CIPD qualified
  • 3rd level qualification, HR or business related
  • Significant experience in aligning resourcing requirements, developing resourcing plans, delivering high volume recruitment in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Knowledge of leading edge innovative resourcing techniques
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully and consistently delivering resourcing solutions
  • Experience in succession planning, executive search, shortlisting, testing, VISA schemes
  • Excellent communicator
  • Team player
