A UK top-100 commercial law firm is looking for an employment associate for its highly regarded team. The role will be based in Oxford. You will be working on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will mainly be assisting more senior Associates and Partners with their cases, as well as running your own matters under supervision. You will have direct contact with clients.

You should have excellent academics and have gained the benefit of training in a well-respected firm.  You should also have excellent communication and organisational skills.  You must have strong analytical ability, a clear communication style (both spoken and written), excellent client handling skills and, above all, must be a team player.
