Legal Recruitment Consultant
Áine Gilhooly is a qualified solicitor who joined Hunter Savage in December 2017 as a Legal recruiter in the Dublin legal market.
Áine trained in a top tier law firm in Dublin and qualified into the Tax Group. She also spent time working for a Global Firm in Brussels as well as a niche firm in Dublin. She has first-hand knowledge of working in a corporate law environment.
Áine has an in-depth understanding of the legal market in Dublin and an extensive network in the industry. Áine is interested in helping lawyers who are investigating possible opportunities, either in the short term or in the future.
Andrew is a dual qualified solicitor who has practiced in Northern Ireland and England. After becoming a recruitment consultant for another company, he quickly gained an excellent reputation and won many awards. He joined Hunter Savage early 2018 as a managing legal consultant in the Belfast Market.
Andrew trained in a top regional law firm in Belfast and moved to a global firm in England thereafter.
Andrew has an in-depth understanding of the legal market in Belfast and an extensive network in the industry as well as a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Declan is an experienced Legal professional, who joined Hunter Savage in 2017 to focus on the Legal support and Legal graduate recruitment market.
Declan has developed first-hand experience in the Legal sector, having studied Law at Queens University Belfast. Whilst at QUB, Declan was elected as Vice President of the Law Society.
On graduation Declan joined a leading International Law firm based in Belfast and has gained excellent legal experience.
Declan has an in-depth network in the Northern Ireland Legal market, and is a keen to help Legal professionals seeking career advice.
Gemma has over 9 years specialist recruitment experience in the accountancy sector and joined Hunter Savage in March 2017 to develop this area of our business. As the most experienced Practice recruitment specialist in Northern Ireland she has unrivalled relationships across Big 4, mid tier and small accountancy practices. Gemma has a reputation for success recruiting at all levels from newly qualified accountants through to strategic Partner level roles across all service lines. Gemma prides herself on her strategic, confidential and consultative approach to helping candidates achieve their long term career goals.
Whilst Gemma’s expertise lie in Practice recruitment, she also has significant experience of recruiting for many of Northern Ireland’s Top 100 industry clients.
Maggie is an experienced Resourcing Manager with a BA hons Degree in Marketing. Maggie has previously worked in Citibank Dublin, TICo Direct, Bank of Ireland, and Armagh Down Tourism Partnership.
Maggie manages and coordinates all our resourcing activities to identify potential candidates locally and those seeking relocation from other jurisdictions.
Ronan is an experienced senior recruiter and specialises in recruiting senior solicitors and Partners within the Legal practice and the In-House sector.
Ronan established Hunter Savage in 2010 with the goal of providing clients and candidates with the highest levels of professionalism by always acting in an honest and confidential manner. Ronan works with clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and assists senior candidates seeking relocation or a move locally.
Sorcha has over 16 years office management experience working in the recruitment sector.
Sorcha brings a wealth of recruitment experience to her role and manages the running of our office and focuses on providing close support to our consultants. Sorcha has expert knowledge of recruitment database management, compliance, finance admin, marketing and advertising.
Sorcha joined Hunter Savage in October 2017.
Stephanie Mulholland joined Hunter Savage in September of 2016 to develop our HR recruitment offering. Stephanie is Northern Ireland’s most experienced HR recruitment specialist with over 12 years experience. HR is a close knit and extremely well connected sector and Stephanie has a very successful track record in placing candidates at all levels, HR Director, HR Manager/HR Business partner through to advisor, officer and administrator. With strong HR connections across the UK and Ireland, her approach is consultative. Quality and success are key.
Stephanie works in partnership with a wide range of businesses from SME to global multinationals as well as new entrants to the NI market, assisting with recruitment exercises, benchmarking, offering advice on market conditions and providing a confidential, expert, consultative service.
