Engineering Stores Coordinator
Our client is seeking an Engineering Stores Coordinator to coordinate and optimise engineering spare parts, maintenance consumables and inventory across its group operations. The successful candidate will support production reliability and cost control by improving stock availability, purchasing efficiency and consistent inventory practices across sites. The role offers broad exposure to engineering, maintenance, production, procurement and finance teams.
Based onsite in Lusk, County Dublin, the role offers the opportunity to work closely with site teams and suppliers in person. This working pattern offers Monday-Friday dayshift working hours and a basic package of up to €50,000 + bonus.

Coordinate engineering inventory across group operations.
Help ensure critical and long-lead parts are available to support production.
Contribute to shared stock, purchasing and inventory improvement initiatives.
The Role:
• Coordinate engineering stock records, storage locations, reorder levels, cycle counts and stock takes.
• Purchase spare parts and consumables, compare supplier quotations and expedite production-critical orders.
• Maintain critical-spares information and accurate inventory and supplier data.
The Person:
• Experience in engineering stores, stock control, procurement or a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong inventory management, technical purchasing and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Supplier-management, organisation and communication skills. Experience in high-volume manufacturing or with engineering spare parts would be advantageous.
The Rewards:
• Salary of €45,000 to €50,000, dependent on experience.
• Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
