Funds Solicitor
Our client is seeking a Funds Solicitor to join its growing Irish Funds and Investment Management Group in Dublin. The successful candidate will advise asset managers, investment firms and financial institutions across a broad range of regulated and unregulated investment structures, while contributing to high-quality matters within a supportive team.
Based in Dublin, this is a permanent opportunity with a leading international financial and legal services organisation. The role offers valuable exposure to UK, US and European clients, alongside opportunities for professional development and cross-border collaboration.

The Role:
• Advise clients on the structuring, establishment and operation of Irish fund products
• Review transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective
• Draft, negotiate and manage fund documentation and agreements
• Manage transactions efficiently from inception through to completion
• Support business development and identify opportunities for new work
• Supervise junior lawyers and share knowledge across the team
The Person:
• Three to five years’ post-qualification experience as an investment funds lawyer
• Experience gained within a top-tier law firm is desirable
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting and written communication skills
• Outstanding technical ability and strong relationship-building skills
• Collaborative, conscientious and able to work effectively within a team
